Men and women live in a giant silo underground, subject to a series of regulations that are supposed to protect them from the toxic and broken world above. Whether they’re exploring the stars, escaping dystopias, or making the world a better place, these women are what science fiction is all about. Season 1 is "Gapjú" – the book consists of 82 chapters. The fans on the floor turn the wrong way in various episodes, in terms of the orientation of the blades.

I really liked Silo

Featured in WatchMojo: The 10 Best TV Shows of 2023 That Should Be Overrated (2023). Just my kind of show. I love mystery and suspense. However, I haven’t read or heard of the books Silo is based on.

The story is good and interesting

The series takes place 140 years after the apocalypse. The 10,000 people who are left now live in silos, and these people have never been outside the silo. They don’t even know what a star is. However, they know that going outside the silo is fatal.

The acting is good, as is the character development

Some people decide to go outside to learn more, but they always die. Those who remain in the silo can witness through the window every time someone tries to go out and see how and when they die. Rebecca Ferguson stars as Juliette Nichols, who tries to find out what’s outside the silo and why they can’t go out without dying. However, the pacing can be a bit slow, as there are a few filler episodes.

I'm looking forward to season 2 with more suspense, mystery, and answers to what's going on outside the silo!

They could have definitely shortened the series by at least two episodes, but that doesn’t bother me that much because the series as a whole is really good.
